Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You have 14 days from the date of order to return it.

Please return the following to us

• The unused items in their original packaging
• Any extras included
• The order confirmation, delivery note or invoice (we would really appreciate it if you could state the reason for the return on this)

Customised items cannot be returned

Unfortunately, items that have been discounted or items whose original packaging is missing or is so badly damaged or creased that it can no longer be used cannot be returned.

You are responsible for the postage costs and risks associated with returning the items. You may choose whether to send them via standard post or with track & trace.
