If you wish to return (part of) your order, please take the following steps:
- Let us know that you wish to return (part of) your order by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days after you received the products. After this period, your purchase is definite. You can only return products that have been bought in our webshop (www.witlofforkids.com)
- After the above cancellation by email, you will have 14 days to return the products and (if applicable) all attachments
- Please leave the labels attached to the products. These may only be removed when the products can not be viewed and/or fitted because of the labels
- Make sure you pack everything properly, so the products (and attachments) won’t get damaged during transportation
- The products (and attachments) need to be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to:

- The costs and risks for returning the products need to borne by you. The type of shipment is up to you (normal or track & trace)
- After we’ve received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email
- When you returned the complete order (with or without any reason), we will refund the full amount incl. the original delivery costs (not the shipping costs for returning the order) to your bank account. When you returned part of the order, we will only refund the amount for the products that have been returned to us. The refund will be done within 14 days after we received your return
When a return doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned return policy
In case we receive your return and the products and/or attachments are damaged, we may charge you for it.
When no or insufficient postage is affixed to the return package, we will be obliged to apply charges. You will then be charged an administration fee of €4.95 plus the costs that the carrier charged to us in order to deliver your unfranked package to us (as of €14.00). This means that you will have to pay at least €18.95.
Above mentioned costs will be deducted from the credit note for the items returned to us. Any returns that are posted outside of the return period will not be accepted.
