Shipment and delivery
We care for our products. Therefore, we find it very important that these will be delivered to you in perfect condition. We have selected various carriers to ensure a fast and proper delivery of your order for your country.
In principle, we offer your order to the carrier within 24 hours. After the carrier receives it, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. Via this link you can track and trace your order.
Because of the holiday season, from 23 July - 20 August orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days instead of within 24 hours.
In stock yes/no
The moment you order, you will see on the product page of the product if the product is in stock and what the expected delivery date is.
When you have ordered more than 1 product and 1 or more products of this order are not in stock, you will receive your order the moment all products are back in stock again. We have introduced this term at a time our shippers were overloaded, but we decided to continue it because this way we make a small contribution to the environment as well.
In The Netherlands
Shipping costs are €3,95. For orders above €30 we do not charge any shipping costs.
Shipping costs are €5,95. For orders above €50 we do not charge any shipping costs.
To Germany, United Kingdom, Lumembourg, France, Denmark
The shipping costs to these 6 countries are € 8,95.
Shipping costs to other European Union (EU) countries are € 14,95.
For countries outside the EU shipping costs are on request. Just send an email to [email protected] and let us know which products you wish to receive and your address. We will let you know by return what the shipping costs will be.

What if the package you receive is damaged?
Witlof for kids has selected her carriers with the utmost care. In case a package is damaged upon arrival, please ask the deliverer to make a note. In addition, please report this to us by sending an email to [email protected].
Witlof for kids will regard the date that the carrier delivered the product as the date it was received.
