    Shipment and delivery

    We care for our products. Therefore, we find it very important that these will be delivered to you in perfect condition. We have selected various carriers to ensure a fast and proper delivery of your order for your country.

    Delivery
    In principle, we offer your order to the carrier within 24 hours (with exception of products from the brand DertigZes). After the carrier receives it, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. Via this link you can track and trace your order.

    Delivery of the brand DertigZes
    The DertigZes furniture will be sent by its supplier to you. Delivery time is in general 2 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks. As soon as your order is shipped by DertigZes you will receive a Track & Trace mail from them.

    In stock yes/no
    The moment you order, you will see on the product page of the product if the product is in stock and what the expected delivery date is. 

    When you have ordered more than 1 product and 1 or more products of this order are not in stock, you will receive your order the moment all products are back in stock again. We have introduced this term at a time our shippers were overloaded, but we decided to continue it because this way we make a small contribution to the environment as well.

    Shipping costs*
    In The Netherlands
    Shipping costs are €3,95. For orders above €20 we do not charge any shipping costs.

    To Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Lumembourg, France, Denmark
    The shipping costs to these 6 countries are € 8,95.

    Shipping costs to other EU countries are € 14,95.

    Shipping costs worldwide are € 35.

    * Gift cards or discount coupons are not exchangeable for shipment costs. Shipping costs of DertigZes products are free, but these products are only shipped within The Netherlands. For shipping to countries outside The Netherlands, you can send a request via email to [email protected]

    What if the package you receive is damaged?
    Witlof for kids has selected her carriers with the utmost care. In case a package is damaged upon arrival, please ask the deliverer to make a note. In addition, please report this to us by sending an email to [email protected].

    General
    Witlof for kids will regard the date that the carrier delivered the product as the date it was received.
