Delivery time

In principle, we hand over your order to DHL within 48 hours, provided it is in stock. As soon as we have handed over the order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace* link. This allows you to track your order.

Delivery charges
In the Netherlands – free for orders over €75
Delivery charges within the Netherlands are €8.95

To Belgium – free for orders over €100
Delivery charges to Belgium are €12.50

Luxembourg, Germany, France, Denmark
Delivery charges to these countries are €14.95.

Within the rest of the EU, delivery costs are €24.95.

Worldwide delivery costs are available on request. If you live in a country outside the EU, please send an email to [email protected] listing the products you wish to receive and your address. We will then let you know the delivery costs as soon as possible.

What if the parcel is delivered damaged?
If a parcel is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please ask the delivery driver to make a note of this. We also ask you to report the issue to us via [email protected].

What if the parcel hasn’t been received?
Always check the track & trace code you received by email carefully first. Sometimes the parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or left at a collection point. If the track & trace shows that the parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please report this to us by email within 5 working days of the stated delivery date: [email protected]
If we do not receive a report within this period, we will unfortunately be unable to investigate the matter with the carrier and cannot accept responsibility for the lost parcel.

Witlof for kids uses the carrier’s delivery date as the date of receipt.
