Do you have a complaint?
Witlof for kids delivers quality products. That doesn’t mean nothing can go wrong. If a product is damaged or if it breaks down while you are using it, please let us know as soon as possible via [email protected]. Then please also stop using the product with your child.
Describe your complaint as detailed as possible and let us know what product you are referring to, what the order number is and the date of purchase. If possible, please send a picture on which the defect is clearly visible. Within 1 working day, we will let you know how your complaint will be handled.
Witlof for kids guarantees that our products comply with the customary requirements and standards that may be applied and that our products are free of faults. This guarantee will be applied for a period of at least 6 months after delivery of the product, given that:
- the product has been used where it is intended for
- the enclosed instructions for use, safety and washing have been followed
- the damage has not been caused intentionally or by negligence
- the product has not been damaged by improper use or lack of maintenance
- the product has not been changed or repaired in an amateurish way and without the written permission of Witlof for kids
- the product has not been damaged by natural and/or normal wear and tear
